Great location. 5 mins walk to night bazaar and bars. Lots of internet cafes around and taxis/tuk tuks available outside hotel. Chaing Mai is great value for money. Lovely hotel bar outside with reasonable priced drinks. Nice rooms, not plush but good value for money with good views over city

The hotel is luxurious and fairly clean. The staff is very professional and quick to respond. The room is brand-new with a comfortable bed and a large bathroom. The breakfast is awesome and offers a huge variety of goodies. The hotel has splendid views of gardens and the pool. It is centrally located, within walking distance to shopping malls and close to imaginative 3d murals. No complaints.

my second stay at the hotel was even better than the last. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location near the night bazaar was perfect. I especially enjoyed the delicious Thai breakfast options and the live music in the lobby.
Carpet was dirty.

We have a good time, just only that there is not too much sun at the summingpool area. But the weather in Thailand is so warm and them at least doesent matter.

We loved the staff and customer service.
The bathroom needs a major overhaul. There was mildew inbetween the tiles in the shower, and the linen was a bit musty.
